Ed Govett - Founder & Senior Consultant

Govett Consulting is led by Senior Consultant Ed Govett. Ed is a 20+ year experienced consultant with practical/hands-on experience managing and executing information technology projects in multiple industries such as manufacturing industries (medical device, food,, automotive, steel, high-tech), aviation MRO, oil &gas (E&P), state government, and non-profit organizations. Ed’s target areas for his services include ERP software selection, IT assessment and alignment, ERP management/implementation, and acting as interim/acting CIO or Director of IT management. He has been hands on leading and implementing custom plant floor systems and several ERP solutions. Representative of his management experience includes Interim CIO for Global Aviation Services and MRO provider, Interim IT Director for Medical Device Company, CIO for mini-mill steel producer, and Director of IT for automotive truck assembly plant.
Ed has a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from the Association of Operations Management (APICS), and holds a BS in Electrical Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University. Ed has presented at local APICS meetings, developed webinars, and is an instructor for APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional class.
Ed is married with two college age children attending the University of Texas, and lives in Austin, Texas. Ed enjoys all sports but especially running, fly fishing, soccer, snow skiing, and watching any Oklahoma State sport!

Tom McAfee - Senior Consultant

Tom McAfee has more than 25 years experience in information technology, including over 20 years as a consultant. He has a broad range of experience in multiple domains including manufacturing, oil & gas, government, and software; and deep proficiency in multiple disciplines including project management, ERP/MES, automation, system architecture, full-lifecycle software development, system integration, operations management, business administration, quality assurance, auditing, and CRM.
Tom has a BS in Computer Science from California State University Hayward and has earned certifications from PMI, APICS, and the University of Texas Software Quality Institute.
Tom lives in Austin, Texas, and is happily married with 3 kids: one at home, one in college, and one fully launched. He enjoys tennis, canoeing, home brewing, and a rare round of golf when there's time.

Bob Stosz - Senior Consultant

Bob Stosz has more than 30+ years expertise in manufacturing. Bob began his career working for a microwave antenna manufacturer as a design engineer and finally manage planning and inventory control while implementing a MRP system. He moved on to work for ERP software suppliers including ASK, Baan, Infor and most recenlty Plex Systems in a variety of positions in development, consulting and pre-sales. Bob has deep well rounded Plex ERP expertise in manufacturing, MES, procurerment, operations management, finance, HR, quality assurance, and customer relationship management.
Bob lives in Menlo Park, CA, and is happily married with 2 kids: one in college and one working on her doctorate. Bob enjoys biking, hiking and playing softball.

Andre Lenke - Senior Consultant

Andrea Lenke is an experienced consultant with over 20 years experience in a variety of manufacturing industries including aviation MRO, mining, plastics, and industrial manufacturing or distribution clients. Andrea's focus is Supply Chain Optimization and Operations, Inventory and Production Control, and extensive Lean/JIT expertise. Her ERP experience includes SAP, Fourth Shift, and Lawson Movex along with custom client applications.

Andrea has a Business Administration degree from John Abbot College and Sauders School of Business/University of British Columbia and has earned multiple certifications from APICS, BCIT, JCIT, and other Lean/Manufacturing training.
Andrea used to live in Vancouver, BC, but is in the process of moving to Europe. She is fluent in English, German, and French.
