Many clients are looking for a partner that can lead them not only through software selection but also provide a variety of implementation services once the ERP solution is selected. Clients have told us our knowledge of the company, processes,and relationship trust gained during an selection process proves invaluable during the ERP implementation. We have as acted in a variety of roles depending on the client needs and the solution. Typical roles include Project Manager and depending on the solution selected, we can potentially provide ERP/CRM solution implementation expertise. In fact, most of our clients engage us because they need experienced consultants that wear "multiple" hats keeping in line with a small to mid market company culture.
Successful system implementation begins with the ability to manage relationships which in turn yield project results. We have led a variety of projects involving ERP, CRM, MES, CMS, Shop Floor Control, IT Strategy/Assessments, and Business Process transformations. All have one thing in common - building open, no nonsense relationships and trust that will successfully pull a team through the tough times. Without this relationship, most project teams struggle when facing critical issues and pressing deadlines.
It is important to note that these implementation services have been born from our customers requesting these services - not for us to "push" these onto clients thus biasing our ERP selection service. We HAVE NO SOFTWARE OR IMPLEMENTATION REFERRAL agreements of any kind. If fact, if you feel our offer of services poses a potential barrier for you, we will exclude ourselves from any potential implementation services as part of our contract proposal.
Project Management
The typical project manager responsibility is leading either a 3rd party system integrator and/or a Govett Consulting team (if appropriate), the company team, and other resources (business process change agents) of a enterprise scale implementation. Many clients do not have an experienced PM on staff and look to us to fill the role of the customer project manager. This role usually reports and is accountable to a C level executive within the client and typically works very closely with the system integrator PM. The majority of PM roles have not just been limited to project management, but have also included responsibilities such as developing and executing change management plans,gathering and analyzing requirements, process mapping, brain storming/re-engineering processes, implementation execution of ERP functional tasks, and other areas that can be required of a successful senior project leader.
ERP Implementation Services

We are a member of the Plex Systems Alliance Partner Program. Our target client base are small to mid market Plex clients who are looking for experience seasoned consultants to work with your onsite team bringing Plex knowledge, industry, and broad based ERP implementation expertise. We will work in the primary implementation role or can supplement Plex Online Consulting Services - whichever makes most sense for the client.
